Fire Yoni Breathe Exercise

It is recommended to do this practice during the day, Not the evening, or after eating.Practicing this exercise once a day for 30 seconds is beneficial for generating orgasmic health.


It is common to feel light headed after this practice as new areas in your body are opening up.
Thus it is suggested to fully feel and honor the movement of the Chi by centering in its presence and allowing it to flow throughout your body and aura.
